Cifti i dyte do te luhet ne Tirane, ne stadiumin kombetar Qemal Stafa. Keto dy ndeshje do te luhen ne te njejtin orar ne daten 26 maj, orari akoma nuk eshte percaktuar. Te dyja keto ndeshje do te percaktojne dy ekipet qe do mund te luajne ne Superiore vitin tjeter.
